I haven’t done yoga, pilates or barre before, are the classes suitable for me?
Our course caters for all levels from complete beginners to advanced. Run by a physiotherapist these classes are specifically designed for ALL women and will be tailored to each individual’s needs. You don't need to have any previous yoga, pilates or barre experience to enjoy the classes.
When during my pregnancy should I start?
You can start these classes at any time during your pregnancy. The earlier the better! There are classes specifically designed for women with morning sickness for those who aren't feeling up to much in the first trimester. Always check in with your body and your baby to see what is right for you. If you have a high risk pregnancy, it is recommended that you check with your GP or Obstetrician prior to exercising.
When can I start postnatally?
Her. postnatal offers classes that suitable to start early as 3-weeks postnatal and meditations that can be done even earlier! Yoga videos for Post c-section or vaginal delivery and specific exercises to pelvic floor and abdominal separation recovery.
